We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way (e-mail or phone correspondence, registration forms for events organised by EMCNET. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. Our employees. They have access to the data to the extent necessary for processing your registration, requests, demands to our conferences.

When you register for an event, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address, job title, organisation, phone numbers, email and post address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

  1. To provide and operate the Services;

  2. To invite and register you for high level conferences organised by EMCNET

  3. To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;

  4. To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services;

We may contact you to notify you regarding your registration, to assist you and your colleagues with your attendance to events organised by EMCNET, to resolve a dispute, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.

How do we store your personal information?

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform, and we use Flexmail as mailing campaign platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows you to contact us. Flexmail.com allows us to invite you to attend our conferences. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, Flexmail.com’s data storage, and company database. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

We store your data for 4 years and at any time during that period you may ask your data to be removed by contacting daniela.craciun@emcnet.eu and we shall comply with your request.

Who will it be shared with?

We will not sell your personal data. Under certain circumstances we share the information we collect with third-party business partners who commit to comply with applicable laws concerning their usage of the information.

Do we use Cookies?
